(i) Abiword - works much better than Openoffice word and its pretty fast. And they are happening with releases every now and then. ABIWORD
(ii)Opera - Netscape is too old & ugly & cumbersome.. folks lets invite yeah OPERA . The new versions have a decent mail client too
